Logging in with your Facebook identity means you don't need to remember a new set of account details. You'll see the option to do this in-app and on our website.

Log in with Facebook

We'll automatically create an account when you login with Facebook for the first time. You'll then need to use the Login with Facebook option in-app and on our website to access your account.

Note: you can't use the Login with Palringo option by entering your Facebook email and password. Also, your Facebook email address and password are not managed by the app so changes to either of these can be done directly from the Facebook website/app.

Want to Unlink your Palringo Account from Facebook?

If for any reason you would like to unlink your Palringo account from your Facebook account, e.g. if you want to set a different email address or password, please send us a message here. Please create this ticket by logging in with your Facebook account to allow our support team to deal with your issue in a timely manner.
